Conformance level
The site was built in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 level AA.
What we have done
Accessibility is built into the site’s code: a logical heading structure, full keyboard navigation with a clear focus indicator, a skip-to-content link, colour contrast to the standard, support for text enlargement up to 200%, text alternatives for meaningful images, labelled form fields and clear error messages.
Every page has an accessibility menu (the round button with the accessibility symbol): three steps of text enlargement, light or dark high contrast, greyscale, highlighted links, a readable font, text spacing, a large cursor, stopping all motion and films, and reset. Settings are kept in your browser from page to page. The menu is our own, not a third-party overlay; it complements assistive technology and does not replace it.
The site’s videos are silent and can be paused with the button beside them or from the accessibility menu. The site’s subtle animations are switched off for visitors whose operating system asks for reduced motion.
The site has been tested with automated checks (axe) and manual keyboard testing, in current browsers, on desktop and mobile, in Hebrew and English.
Known limitations
Some site photographs may be described only in general terms. Certificate PDFs are shown as issued by the certifying bodies. If you find an element that is not accessible, please let us know so we can fix it.
