What we collect
Details you choose to give us in the site’s forms: name, phone, email, company or organisation, your message and, in the careers form, a CV file and field of interest.
The site uses no advertising cookies or marketing tracking. For operation and security, the hosting servers log basic technical data such as IP address and time of access.
What we use it for
To handle your enquiry and reply to you; in the careers form, to consider you for roles in the company. We send company updates only if you explicitly ticked that option, and you can opt out at any time.
Sharing
Your details are not sold or passed to third parties, except to service providers that run the site and deliver messages to our office (hosting and email), only as needed for that purpose, or where required by law.
Retention and security
Submissions go directly to the company’s office mailbox and are kept there for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or for recruitment. We take reasonable security measures in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations.
Your rights
You may review the information held about you, ask to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent to updates, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. Send requests to office@ofernir.co.il.
Changes
This policy may be updated. The version published on the site is the one that applies.
