The challenge

Route 4711 Phase 2 is the northern access road to the city of Elad, between Elad and Mazor. We built it for the Ministry of Construction and Housing, from old Route 444 to the city entrance: we widened the road and its shoulders, and completed the drainage, water lines, safety barriers, cycle path, sidewalks, landscaping and lighting around it. We removed the existing lighting columns and installed a new lighting system. Part of the work was done alongside live traffic, with traffic management and road diversions.
