Roads, infrastructure and development

The road structure from sub-base to surface course, and the drainage, lighting and traffic arrangements around it. We have worked for Netivei Israel, the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Elad Municipality and the Yarkon River Authority.

We build, widen and rehabilitate roads, and complete everything around the carriageway: drainage, lighting, safety barriers, paths and development works.

On Route 437 we treated accident black spots for Netivei Israel as an approved executing contractor: retaining walls, horizontal drilling, culverts, lighting, milling, carriageway rehabilitation and overlay, and traffic arrangements. On Route 4711, the northern access road to Elad, we widened the road and its shoulders for the Ministry of Construction and Housing (2017–2018): approx. 64,500 m³ of excavation and rock cutting, approx. 59,000 m² of asphalt courses, drainage, water lines, safety barriers, a cycle path, sidewalks and landscaping. For the lighting system we removed the existing poles, dug cable trenches, built 90 pole foundations and installed approx. 100 LED luminaires.

Between 2022 and 2024 we were Elad Municipality's framework contractor: several projects, each with its own bill of quantities. Among them the city cycle path, approx. 3.4 km, the rehabilitation of Quarter H, squares, accessible pedestrian crossings, milling and carriageway overlay, and ongoing maintenance across the city.
